Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Unfortunately due to the nature of my work I will not process a return or an exchange of any good. I cannot take responsobility of damages due to the postal company either. However i WANT THE BEST OUTCOME FOR US BOTH SO PLEASE REACH OUT IF SOMETHING ISN’T RIGHT.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently I only ship locally around new zealand and soon through to australia. inernational shipping is not yet on offer - if there is a special piece you feel is right for you please reach out via email and we can work something out together.

How long will it take for my piece to arrive?

Original works will be prepped and processed for delivery within 5 business days , tracking will be uploaded and sent to you as soon as the piece is on its way to you.

Will my piece be gift wrapped?

Each piece will be wrapped in a protective layer then placed in tissue wrapping with a hand written note - If you had a special note in mind just pop it in the order notes and i will write it up for you.

Will my work come framed?

Your piece will state whether it is pre - framed in the description. If you are interested in a work that is unframed but are hoping to find the perfect frame please get in touch and we can work something out together.

What materials do you use?

I use acrylic paints and oil pastels. I often paint on cotton and linen canvas as well as pine boards. Each painting will have description of what was used to create it.
